How It Works
My 21-day LOSE THE SUMMER BLOAT Challenge is designed to be simple and effective, guiding you through a transformative journey. Each day, you’ll receive actionable steps, expert tips, and support to keep you motivated. Follow my program and watch as you make progress towards your weight loss goals. Here’s how it all comes together:
1- Set a SMART goal involving weight loss, nutrition, or fitness.
2- I put together a plan with nutrition outlined for you. You have the FLEXIBILITY to follow the meal plan, adjust the meals assigned, or use YOUR OWN meals. Your main goal each day will to be have a high protein breakfast.
3- Drink 16 oz. water 20 minutes before meals. This simple trick will help your stomach send the signal to your brain that you have started eating. This will help the signal that you are satisfied start earlier, which helps you to eat less.
4- Walk or move for 10 minutes after meals. This can be walking, doing house work, or walking around your classroom. I will also include 10 to 12 minute workouts which are encouraged but optional.
5- REST and RECOVER. Do your best to get 7 hours of sleep per night. This is when your body and brain recover. I will give you tips to get a better nights sleep.
All of these are put into a checklist for YOU to be accountable for accomplishing them.
