About Coach Kristen

I’m Kristen Nelson a wife, mom of six, and lifelong encourager of others to live stronger, healthier lives.

As a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and weight loss specialist, I’ve dedicated my journey to helping women feel their best through simple, sustainable habits.

My passion for fitness began while supporting my kids in sports. After seeing multiple young athletes especially female soccer players suffer serious injuries, I knew they deserved better. I became a trainer and created programs that helped my teams get stronger and significantly reduce injuries.

But my own journey taught me an even deeper lesson.

I used to spend hours working out, eating less, and sleeping even less, hoping it would finally help me lose weight. It didn’t work. Overtraining and undernourishing just left me tired, sore, and frustrated.

Everything changed when I shifted my focus to balance nourishing my body, prioritizing rest, and working out smarter, not harder.

Now, I help women do the same.

My Philosophy

Health should feel empowering, not exhausting. You deserve a body that feels strong, energy that lasts throughout the day, and workouts that support your life instead of taking it over.

Nutrition should fuel you, not restrict you, and rest should be something you prioritize without guilt.

My goal is not perfection. It is progress that lasts. When we focus on balance, consistency, and sustainability, real transformation happens. This is about creating habits you can maintain for life, not just for a season.
